Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the Mountain Bluebird Trails Conservation Society will be held on a Saturday April 6, 2024 at 1pm, at the Helen Schuler Nature Centre in the City of Lethbridge (ONLINE/VIRTUAL OPTION ALSO AVAILABLE - LINK TO BE SENT TO MEMBERS) for the purpose of:

  • Review of the activities of the Society

  • Review of the audited financial position of the Society

  • Election of a President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer (or Secretary/Treasurer) and Director

  • Appointment of two auditors, and

  • Transacting such further and other business as may properly come before the meeting

Registered MBTCS members will receive an invitation to join the meeting. Please contact us if you did not receive the invitation OR if you would like to join as a member before the Annual General Meeting.
