As a result of the COVID-19 global pandemic, the 2021 AGM has been postponed until March 20, 2022.

The pandemic has affected our lives in so many ways, and led to the cancellation or postponement of many events, activities and meetings. The MBTCS would ordinarily be holding its annual meeting in late October but in view of the pandemic, safety precautions and the need for a venue that provides adequate social distancing for an unpredictable number of meeting attendees, the executive agreed to postpone the AGM until a later date.

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the Mountain Bluebird Trails Conservation Society will be held on a Sunday March 20, 2022 at 1pm, at the Helen Schuler Nature Centre in the City of Lethbridge (ONLINE/VIRTUAL OPTION ALSO AVAILABLE - LINK TO BE SENT TO MEMBERS) for the purpose of:

• Review of the activities of the Society

• Review of the audited financial position of the Society

• Election of a President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer (or Secretary/Treasurer) and Director

• Appointment of two auditors, and

• Transacting such further and other business as may properly come before the meeting

Registered MBTCS members will receive an invitation to join the meeting. Please contact us if you did not receive the invitation OR if you would like to join as a member before the Annual General Meeting.
